These terms govern your use of the Nova Loom website and our WhatsApp ordering service.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change. Product imagery is representative; slight shade variations can occur due to garment dyeing.
Orders
Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp after our team checks availability. A confirmed order is a binding agreement to purchase.
Exchanges & returns
Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged for size within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made or discounted items are not returnable.
